Pyrenees Salsa Festival:

 

From August 24th to the 30th, 2015, Sabiñanigo will become the center point for lovers of salsa dancing and good music.  You will be able to enjoy dancing and much more in the unique setting of the Oscense Pyrenees.  Come to the mountains to breathe fresh air while enjoying the excitement and tranquility at the same time.

 

Enjoy the majestic Pyrenees, magical gourmet dining, summer weather, dancing, workshops, markets, hiking, family activities, hostels, hotels, a raffle with the grand prize of a Seat Ibiza, live music, dj’s artists, fellow salsa enthusiasts, and good energy. 

 

The festival consists of 4 main parts. 

 

Festival in the town plaza

A traditional festival with live music will be held in the main plaza, with dancing under the stars and colorful lanterns.  Bring your dance partner for an evening of dancing.  It’s not all happening at night, there are a lot of fun daytime activities for the families, children and adults including dance performances, social dancing, bar service, meals with good prices, live music, shows, dj’s… no end of activities to enjoy free of cost. 

 

Intensive Workshops

Twelve hours of Salsa and Bachata workshops will be available at very affordable prices. You will be learning with bachata champions. This will be a quality experience for everyone. You will have access to 4 hours of workshops per day, with options including: varied ballroom, bachata ballroom, salsa ballroom, and beginner´s ballroom.

 

Tourist Offer

We have prepared a package deal for you to enjoy the surroundings, if you would like to take advantage of your time here to explore the mountains while also having a great time dancing.

In addition, we have prepared a list of recommended dining options in the area to combine dancing with the pleasure of dining in breathtaking surroundings. 

 

The Pyrenees Salsa Festival is a unique festival of very popular music and dancing styles.  Dancing and music will take place in the main plaza in Sabiñanigo, as well as the many free events and activities.  The main element of the festival is to provide a quality experience at economic prices.  Quality workshops and accommodations will be available at affordable rates. The festival will offer outstanding live music, as well as dj’s.

 

A raffle with the grand prize of a Seat Ibiza, second prize of a Caribbean trip for two, for 9 days all inclusive, and third prize of a weekend at a spa, all inclusive will also be taking place during the festival.
